Weekly Time Card
You are required by law to verify that you are authorized to work in the U.S. We use zenefits.com to manage new hire paperwork, including tax forms. An email will be sent to you requesting that you register to use their website. You must complete the process online to be added to payroll. If it is not completed by noon on Monday, we may not be able to pay you until the following week.
Any changes you make to zenefits.com may take up to two weeks to process. If you need the change to take effect immediately please update zenefits.com and send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
