Weekly Time Card
You are required by law to verify that you are authorized to work in the U.S. We use helloflock.com to manage new hire paperwork, including tax forms. An email will be sent to you requesting that you register to use their website. You must complete the process online to be added to payroll. If it is not completed by noon on Monday, we may not be able to pay you until the following week.
You may become eligible for health insurance if you work ninety days and average at least thirty hours per week. We also use helloflock.com to manage our benefits.
